Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 9-30g Tonifies Qi and Blood, promotes the discharge of pus, generates flesh, expels toxins and generates Body Fluids.
With Dang Gui, for Qi and Blood Deficiency with chronic non-healing sores, numbness, painful obstruction and paresthesias.
With Mai Men Dong and Wu Wei Zi, for night sweats.
Rx. Codonopsis Dang Shen 6-15g Tonifies the Middle Jiao, augments Qi, nourishes the Blood and promotes the generation of Body Fluids.
With HUang Qi, for Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency with fatigue, shortness of breath, diarrhea and anorexia.
With Dang Gui and Shu Di Huang, for Qi and Blood Deficiency with dizziness, weakness and lassitude.
With Wu Wei Zi and Mai Men Dong, for injury to Qi and fluids with shortness of breath and thirst.
Fr. Ligustri Lucidi Nu Zhen Zi 5-18g Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Yin and clears Deficiency Heat.
Fr. Schisandrae Wu Wei Zi 3-9g Astringes leakage of Lung Qi, tonifies Qi,tonifies the Kidneys, astringes Jing, and sweat and generates fluids.
Rx. Ophiopogonis Mai Men Dong 6-15g Nourishes Lung and Stomach Yin and generates Fluids.
With Huang Qi, Dang Gui and Wu Wei Zi, for irritability due to severe loss of fluids due to sweating.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 9-30g Nourishes the Blood and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency marked by dizziness, palpitations, insomnia and menstrual dysfunction.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 3-15g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi, moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs and guides the herbs to all twelve channels.
With Dang Shen, for anorexia, fatigue and loose stools due to Spleen Deficiency.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, reduces swelling, expels pus, generates flesh and alleviates pain.
With Huang Qi, for ulcerated abscesses with insufficient drainage or which drain a clear thin discharge.
Rx. Pseudostellariae Tai Zi Shen 9-30g Strengthens the Spleen, tonifies Qi and generates Body Fluids.
With Wu Wei Zi, nourishes Fluids.
